Shish Kabobs

A Summer-Time Favorite!
You will need:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves , cubed
1 lb. Beef, cubed
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1-2 onions, cut into wedges
1 can pineapple chuncks, drained
5 red potatoes, sliced 1/2" thick
Italian Dressing
Marinade meat with Italian dressing, place in refrigerator for about 1 hr. While meat is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water (this will prevent them from catching fire on the grill). On the soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread all of the meat and veggies. Grill until meat reaches desired doneness, basting frequently with italian dressing... Enjoy!
